CateringWe take great pride in providing our guests with tasty and nourishing food starting with a wholesome breakfast of juices, cereals, yoghurts, fresh bread/croissants and eggs.On your return from the slopes you'll have the chance to sample our homemade cakes and biscuits with your tea – enough to put you on until the evening meal. We serve a 3 course dinner plus coffee, comprised of a mixture of traditional Savoyard delicacies and home favourites all washed down with an abundance of local wines.  If you still have any energy left after dinner, arrangements can be made to take you to some of the Chamonix 'hotspots', which last well into the small hours. One day per week the staff have a day off and you'll find it necessary to fend for yourselves. Chamonix is well served for bars, restaurants and clubs and there's something for every pocket as well as a broad choice of style. Naturally, we can also cater for children and anyone with special dietary requirements and these can be discussed at the time of booking. Sample Menu: Salmon fishcakes served on a bed of watercress with a sweet chilli sauce ~ Magret de Canard with honey and mustard sauce garlic mash and selection of fresh vegetables ~ Crème Brûlée ~ Coffee |
